Payment of tuition and fees by debit or credit card can 只有 通过 现金Net 结果是2.75%便利费. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB are accepted cards.
An electronic 检查 option with no convenience fee is also available online.
Payments made with the BankMobile Vibe debit card 将 还要支付便利费. Students may use their BankMobile Vibe 检查ing account as an e-检查. Students 将 be able to locate the information needed by logging into their online profile. The routing and account numbers are under My Account > Account Statements.
No payments are accepted over the phone. Payments can 只有 be made inside the 现金ier's Office or online through 现金Net.
Your tuition and fees due date is listed on your 现金Net 活动详情页面. It's also found in the Registrar's 校历 along with other important dates. 有 只有 每学期两个截止日期.
Courses that have a start date during the first half of the semester 将 have the “上半年” due date. Courses that have a start date during the second half of the semester 将 have the “下半年” due date.
If you are registered for courses with start dates during both 上半年 and 下半年, all fees must be paid by the 上半年 due date. If you are registered for 只有 下半年 classes, tuition and fees 将 have the 下半年 due date.
Any courses added after your due date has passed, your tuition and fees are due 立即. A late payment fee 将 be assessed if tuition and fees are not paid that day.
上半年:
- 第一阶段=整个学期
- POT 2 = first half of semester
- POT 4 =夏季8周
- POT 5 = course starts during first month of term
- POT 6 = course starts during second month of term
下半年:
- POT 3 = second half of semester
- POT 7 = course starts during third month of term
- POT 8 = course starts during fourth month of term
- POT 9 = course starts during fifth month of term
Each semester could have up to nine parts of term. Students 将 只有 have one tuition and fee payment due date. Students registered in both first half and second half courses 将 have the first half due date for all tuition and fees regardless of their courses start date. Any courses added after your due date has passed are due 立即. If the tuition and fees are not paid that day, a late payment fee 将 assess.
Courses that begin and end in different parts of term may have different drop/add periods. This could potentially affect tuition and fee charges or refunds. Students can view their account details in 现金Net.
It is each student’s responsibility to stay informed of all registration and fee payment deadlines. Important dates and deadlines are found in the 校历.
Our service provider charges 2.75% for each debit and credit card transaction. UWF does not receive these funds. The convenience fees are non-refundable.
Students 将 have the option to pay online using an e-检查 to avoid the convenience fee.

现金Net 电荷为2.75%便利费 for all debit and credit card transactions. 有 many ways for students to pay tuition and fees without paying the online convenience fee.
- Electronic 检查s can be submitted online through 现金Net. Students must authorize a payment from a US 检查ing or savings account and 将 be prompted to enter valid account and routing numbers.
- 现金, 检查, and money orders are accepted inside the 现金ier's Office (建筑20 e) during the regular business hours of 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM (CST), 星期一至星期五. After business hours, 检查s and money orders may be placed in the night deposit box. 付款必须是 收到了 by the close of business on the fee payment deadline to be considered on time.
- Checks and money orders may be mailed to the 现金ier's Office. 所有邮寄付款必须是 收到了 by the close of business on the fee payment deadline to be considered on time. Postmarked dates are not considered on time. Please include the student's name and ID number with each payment to ensure correct and timely processing.
